Article 21 — Conflicting Ordinances

Cherokee County Zoning Ordinance Article 21 – Conflicting Ordinances Article 21 – Conflicting Ordinances This is intended to be the comprehensive Zoning Resolution for the entire unincorporated area of Cherokee County and all other Zoning Ordinances and Cherokee County Rules and Regulations in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, provided that nothing herein shall be construed as repealing or modifying the conditions of operation, conditions of site development accompanying those zoning approvals or use permits issued under previous zoning approvals or use permits issued under previous zoning resolutions; however, modification or repeal of these past conditions or approval may be accomplished through application to the Planning Commission.
