Article 20 — Severability

Cherokee County Zoning Ordinance Article 20 – Severability Article 20 – Severability Should any article, section or provision of this Regulation be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such action shall not affect the validity of the Resolution as a whole or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be invalid, each article, clause and provision hereof being declared severable.
